For overseas client iLINGXI could provide repair guide via internet/phone/Email. We could also help you to train the repair personnel. iLINGXI will train your maintenance personnel to have the skill that how to identify the failure component and how to replace the failure component with a new one in a short time.
iLINGXI provides two years warranty for key components. In iLINGXI products each key components are affixed with fragile label which mark the date when the component was used for the product. You will send the failure components back to us. As long as the period between the date we receive failure components and the date marked on label affixed on the components, we will give to you brand new components which you can use to repair failure products in future.
